Field Case Manager - Anonymous employee AMERISAFE Employee Review

HEAVILY micromanaged. Need to ask for permission before doing anything on the file ie: assign NCM, investigator, etc. Only $25K auth for reserves, settlement etc. One question on manager audit is: Does the adjuster own the file? The answer will always be no as there are always at least 3 people in the file telling the adjuster what they can do better and what they have done wrong. There is no positive feedback. Salary is a joke.
