Pros
Good training their employees (underwriting), understanding if needing time off, especially last minute. Casual Fridays and allows listening to music (ear buds). They offer insurance and 401k.
Cons
Workload is overwhelming, low pay, and low yearly pay raises. If you can't handle high stress, heavy workload, last minute assignments, phone calls, emails, occasional angry agents then this is not the job for you.
