The Con’s began on the 1st day employment. 1) Company- including direct supervisor and Upper Mgt may reach certain verbal agreements during the interview process and on the 1st day I realized some of the verbal agreed upon conditions to employment were not present but stay because I hoped ” this is just an “oversight” but it was not. I received little to no direction during the 90 day probationary period. Benefits and any type of raise continued to decline and became non-existing upon my departure (7 yrs)
