Claims is so micromanaged. Every team is like this. You're treated like a child. Theres no advancing unless you are a favorite. Its the lowest paid dept. Your raise depends on how much you're liked versus your job performance. Mcds and walmart makes more. The manager doesn't speak to anyone. She sits in her office. She doesn't socialize unless its with specific people. Havent had a raise in 2 years. The pay isn't worth the stress. They only see what you do wrong and not what you do right. Or they say you're doing but this and this and this is wrong.
