Management is not great, especially team lead. When you need a new tool the shop floor manager will disagree that you need a new one. Management doesn't use the time well. So because the boardroom or software can't get their stuff out in time, they will punish the shop floor for the systems not getting out in a timely manner.

For the area the company has a unique niche. They have decent pay and benefits. Occasional catered lunches and activities There are some nice people who frankly deserve to work somewhere better.
