Very liberal company's policy and benift package. Has company's match 401K plan up to 6%. Paid holidays and up to 3 paid days for perfect attendance.
Cons
Mismanagement and lack of leadership ship. No real accountability. Became a toxic environment. Safety for employees seems very low priority.
