Pros
Not very many pros at all. Some good people. Great if you want to tackle the work of 2-3 people.
Cons
Will work you to death and disrespect you. Forget work life balance and family. Toxic environment. Aggressive goals and deadlines with regular headcount reductions. Care only about the numbers. Incredibly inefficient for such a large company. Systems rarely work but deadlines are still expected to be met.
