Top management people are good for nothing. Some managers used to think to get the work done how much more they can do from developers. Because they are giving salary. No career growth. There will be no official mail reply if you raise any concerns. Such things will be infromed verbal ly. If you raise the concern no. of times then, you will be considered as negaive attitude person.
