      1. Lot of perks, free food, free cab, free general checkups ect 2. Small teams are pretty common, I find it pretty nice 3. Continuously tring to for employees well fare by HR team 4. Lot of sports activities conducted regularly to keep employees healthy and fit

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
