Pros
VERY willing to invest in people, opportunity given uniformly with accountability - have yet to see it one sided, no surprises from management - as a team we all know our goals, safety is given the priority and not just lip service. The company is well run and direct feedback from the top is on point. The environment here makes you want to come to work and win.
Cons
Not many. Even through Covid the communication was open and occurred often. We always had what we needed and there was good cooperation between Berwyn (corp office) and the other plants.
