      Pros

      The culture in my location great! Everyone is collaborative and personable, and the leadership team is open and available. I enjoy coming to work because of the people I get to work with every day. I started as a contractor and am grateful to be hired on as an AMETEK employee.

      Cons

      I am meeting a few people in our other locations, but I don't know very many in the other divisions. That is just the set up of the company.

      Pros

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
