      Pros

      Plenty of overtime if you want it, but not required. Benefits like tuition reimbursement for those driven enough to pursue. Relatively laid back shop floor in general, so long as you're getting work done.

      Cons

      Wish I had more than a half hour for lunch, but scheduling is pretty rigid with respect to breaks.

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
