      Pros

      Work atmosphere is very good. People are very good. Jobs are all fairly easy and your trained fairly well for all positions

      Cons

      The raises are not good, and there is no room to advancement. There are very few areas where you can go and learn other jobs let alone climb there "levels" to earn higher salary

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
