As a lower level laborer or middle management you are not going to advance in this company, you will be given impossible goals and be expected to work with very little support from the management, who are kept in check by constant micromanagement on budgets and profit.
Employees are all given their merit increases baed not on their accomplishments and contributions, the company seems to focus only on the employees shortcomings and uses that to make the employee feel unappreciated and less than productive, thus removing the employees morale and they feel insecure in their job. but this allows the corporation to keep the BU from paying more or allowing advancement and promotions.
