      Overtime whenever you want to work, parking lot, benefits if they keep you

      Cons

      Everything else is bad in company. Managers don’t help and you mess up, they hold you accountable but won’t say anything to you next thing you know they “have to let you go”

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
