      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      CEO and COO micro manage to the most ridiculous levels. Forget about getting anything of substance done since you spend all your time explaining every little thing you do. They may promote themselves as decentralized, but don't fall for that..........this is centralized like the old Soviet Politburo!

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
