      Lack of training, opportunity. Important issues never being addressed. Too many underperforming employee's continuing in jobs they should have never been assigned to.

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
