      The pay is alright and the welding booths are clean and tidy. Coworkers are very friendly. Accommodations are great

      Cons

      Management has small man syndrome. Room for advancement is locked behind upwards of 5-10 years to reach management or lead positions Management talked to employees with degrees like they knew nothing.
