      Great Boss, very patient, very supportive, he is doing everything in his power to help me succeed and i really appreciate how comfortable he makes me feel as I learn this new gig!

      None yet, just the typical territory that I inherited is a mess because it has been tossed around by many for a multiple years now.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
