      Pros

      Decent pay, other than that nothing.

      Cons

      They buy up small companies (that’s what happened to mine), promise to not change anything and then lay off more than half the employees within the year of purchase. The insurance is trash too

      Pros

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
