      If you're in management, there is absolutely no accountability for anything you do. You can just flow it downhill to the people that actually work

      Cons

      Toxic place to work. Always moving goalposts on bonuses, routinely lying to customers, pricing policy is outrageous, they only live quarter-to-quarter here
