      Pros

      Everybody was generally friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Constant meddling by corporate on pretty much all aspects of the business, creating (easily avoidable) inefficiencies and time delays. Constantly starving divisions of essential resources needed to try and meet arbitrary targets. When targets are not met, employees are let go, more unreasonable targets are created, etc. - creating long term negative feedback loops.

      Pros

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
