Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is decent. Some of the benefits are good.
Cons
They hire brand new LPNs to work in a poorly staffed, poorly managed facility, leaving the RN with the responsibility of monitoring their patients when they are on titrateable gtts in addition to the 4 ICU patients the RN already is caring for. Everyone in admin is an RN but can't and won't work the floor and they aren't qualified for their admin positions either. They don't care if the patients are cared for until they get a complaint.
