It is a good place to start your career, One should learn as much as possible during the first 2-3 years and should probably switch after that (in order to improve your career). Working Environment was GOOD. Team leaders will be easily accessible and will be friendly to us. Flexibility timing of work.
Cons
There is a BOND (agreement) for ₹3,00,000 which is NOT FAIR. Appraisals won't be FAIR. It varies between persons and it is not solely dependent on your performance. It also has other factors as well.
