Pros
work in different technology, not commonly found in India. Big and worldwide clients. Better learning opportunity, a good place to start experience in technology and recognized by other technology companies.
Cons
not very good for long term, the raise in salary, responsibilities become less once we move up the ladder. it is possible to get onsite works but only if employee agrees to sign bond to stay for few more years.
