Pros
People are very good for the most part and reasonable about work/life balance issues. Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. I hate to say easygoing but under most circumstances it applies. parking is okay. Bonuses are minimal but fairly consistent. most managers are nice guys and don't make your life hell...most.
Cons
sub-standard pay rates for the industry. poor management communication sometimes. only top level management staff can make simple (<$100) purchasing decisions. not a great location and certainly not modern, no 'amenities' to really speak of...small breakroom and no cafeteria. no training provided to speak of. Raises are cost of living only, not merit based. really improving yourself is not encouraged...."get the work done and make the customer happy" is the only mantra here. does not seem that much planning gets done, only fighting issues.
