Pros
Very flexible schedule Relaxed dress code You can see the sunlight If you find your niche it can be very comfortable. I think Sanjoy is trying to make it better and bigger.
Cons
There is little to no training for things Very nepotic system of promotions and management. People have had the same title for 15+ years. Pay is below industry unless you're critical to development. Most of the management have only worked here for 20+ years and have no experience outside it. And it shows in the way the handle people. There is no culture here. It feels like you just happen to work together, but not toward a company goal or common ground.
