Pros
You get a hands on experience but you will not have mentors to guide you. Learn through work otherwise you will be churned out doing mundane jobs.
Cons
Absolutely no support from seniors or no infrastructure support as well. No aprreciations/recognition for exceptional work but the senior management expect employees to toil day and night. Not a good place to work. Company did not grow over these 8 years nor is visible to the world that it exists as against the parent company AMI.
