Pros
For Taipei office, Good location, friendly & not too demanding environment. Stable jobs as the company wont fire employees. The office itself is modern and offers high walls cubicles which gives employee some privacy. Not much else to say unless you love Bios..
Cons
A combination of Low-end package, a traditional Taiwanese management style (for Taipei office) and HR policies that prevent the company to firing under-performers results in a low performance environment. No much innovation done in Taipei office.
