Pros

We work although independently quite often, we're able to come together as a strong cohesive team. There's no passive aggressiveness or work drama that tends to be seen in the workplace. There is a healthy and casual environment which is a plus with the ability to take vacation or time off as needed. You're free to be expressive and to be honest as the work environment started and continues to move forward on humble grounds.

Cons

The organization doesn't have any cons as a whole, it's the role that may have cons itself. There are constant ups and downs in the role of recruitment. Like any other job, you have to be flexible with curveballs that get thrown at you but the downside is that there are more inevitable circumstances and factors that tend to come up and are out of your control which can ultimately affect your income to bounce around. The hardest part is to overcome these situations per client or per candidate and move on.
