      None that I can think of right now.

      Cons

      None of the "higher-ups" are familiar with any HR policies, old policies were changed and new policies implemented took away many of the employee benefits.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
