      Pros

      I work on a Medical Surgical floor and it has been a good experience overall. I float to other units when needed and I learn a lot from those experiences.

      Cons

      Sometimes the teamwork is poor and everyone has a selfish mentality. But that could be just on the specific floor I work on. Some days are better than others, and it depends on the team of nurses.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
