      Pros

      Caring and compassionate staff, everybody worked very well together in order to fulfill patients' needs.

      Cons

      Administration did not care about their staff, they did not take feedback, and did not hire enough staff which made for a negative work environment.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
