      Pros

      I have worked a few different places through the years but this one is the best! The nurses and counselors work together for the best possible outcome for their clients. Truly a team effort every day !

      Cons

      The only con would be the staffing is based on the census, when your unit has a low census you have to go to other units.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
