      Kind and good intentioned fellow coworkers.

      Cons

      -no infection control standards in outpatient IR clinic -poor management -inappropriate behavior among multiple leaders of clinic -no structure -no support from leadership -poor boundaries and no respect for work/life balance

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
