Blah - Medical Assistant AMITA Health Employee Review

-No overtime -New VPs of operations only care about numbers and money not employees or patients. -PTO takes forever to accumulate -Pay is horrible -HR takes their sweet time to correct issues if they even get corrected -Promises for growth but it’s just to keep you around -Money spent on unnecessary stuff, higher ups get bonuses but we have crappy supplies and equipment for patient care -everything is always too much for the budget -overworked under paid -Understaffed -unappreciated -no meetings Bottom line everything is always to benefit higher ups not the doctors or staff that are the ones making the organization the money
