Pros
- Some of the hardest working people you will ever meet (sadly, they're led by the most incompetent and unappreciative managers.) - Pay was good
Cons
- Toxic leadership. - Treat you like a number, not a person - Poor healthcare coverage. They force you to use their system or risk paying higher, or full cost services elsewhere. - Poor work/life balance. Expect bosses to be calling you on your day off/vacations. - Attitude of "we're so big, you should be grateful to work here." - People openly talk about quitting and leaving.
