      Pros

      Staff is very team oriented, friendly, like family. Benefits are pricey, but fair, Less PTO since merge with AMITA.

      Cons

      LOTS of upper management restructuring since merge with AMITA, more staff sharing and low census/flexing since AMITA, very little communication about changes, lots of promises and very little action, very money driven as opposed to satisfaction driven, which not only affects you, but affects patients and their families.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
