      Benefits, big diversity, staple in the community

      Cons

      Unfair scheduling of staff. 16 hour shifts, scheduled for on call on my days off so it’s like not being off at all, but yet other staff do not work weekends

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
