      - Good Team - Adequate Training received - Valuable skills learned on psych track

      Cons

      - Overbooked a lot - lots of responsibilities, so had to work overtime - can get draining with difficult kids - testing long hours

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
