      Pros

      It really depends on the unit, but staffs are nice in general. (RNs, PTs, RTs, managers, and every other departments.)

      Cons

      Ever since Ascension took over, it has been "Quantity" > "Quality." However, upper management cares so much about customer satisfaction. Ironic.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
