      Some of the staff are great

      Cons

      This place makes it clear that it only cares about money. Patient care has become an after thought. Staff get very little support from management and manly staff just do not care about their work. It makes for a dangerous work environment and unrewarding work.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
