No detail orientation—I get confused with almost anyone who has the same first name as me constantly, my schedule always gets messed up and I have to correct it a lot, basically have to constantly speak up for myself a lot. Also, get told to go home after showing up for work even though they could have easily called me in advance instead of driving out there and back. Rotating schedules are also difficult.
