      Very low pay compared to other Chicago metro hospitals. Very high turnover in leadership roles, constantly starting at square one with new leaders

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
