      Pros

      Learning experience, was great I worked with residents and. I would learn something new everyday. Lunch breaks were one hour.

      Cons

      Schedule was bad,long hours, No advancing in career or promoting. Pay raises if organization was doing well highest you could get is 3%. Nurse management does not motivate employees.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
