      seems way behind on current processes and procedures for better time management for employees and ability to complete tasks. also heavily understaffed in all departments

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
