      Pros

      Great coworkers/team members Coworkers seem to care about the patients, some at least.

      Cons

      Upper management does not hold staff accountable. You are encouraged to report if others do not do job, but never any consequence. Certain employees should of been let go, but given chance after chance, putting patients at risk.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
