      Their parking lot was better than a parking garage

      Cons

      They didn't even know I was coming my first day. They had me clean out the last person's locker. My badge said anesthesia tech. I couldn't sign in or sign up for benefits because they had me in the system as the wrong name. Never got any type of orientation or tour. Staff get mad if they have to teach you anything but they're the ones running the floor. Old equipment and ways. Barely have any surgeries to do, there was 4 total on the whole floor one Tuesday. Quit after they still couldn't get me in their system after 30 days.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
