      I love my coworkers, very few people I dislike working with.

      Cons

      Staffing is Horrible! I've had up to 7 pts on the MS floor....we have no PCU so acuity can run high!

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
