      I love the practice I manage. We are like a family.

      Upper management is only concerned about the bottom line. They keep hiring more and more doctors with not enough support.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
